Shipping and Refund Policies


The offer of free shipping is only for shipping to the US and US territories. The free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped to international destinations.

We only ship using the United States Postal Service ("USPS").  You will be provided with a tracking number.  From past experience, during normal times priority mail to the U.S. mainland from St. Thomas, VI has taken as little as 3 to 5 days but sometimes takes longer. Since COVID-19 began affecting U.S. Postal Service delivery times,  your order may take several days longer than it would normally take and may take a week or weeks longer in rare instances ebbed when shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 


If your package weighs less than 16 ounces, it may be sent via First Class Mail. First Class Mail may take 5 to 7 days or more from the Virgin Islands to the mainland  or longer during this COVID-19-related mail slowdown. Please note that we have no control over how long the post office takes to deliver your package.  Your package may take longer to be delivered.


If you are on St. Thomas or are going to be visiting St. Thomas, VI you may pay online for your purchase and request delivery on St. Thomas, VI by putting a note to seller requesting delivery.  Please provide your telephone number and the location that you would like to meet to accept your delivery, with that location being a central location on island or your home or office.  During these times in which COVID-19 is affecting our communities, social distancing, masks, and other such safety measures will be employed by JDNatlady's Creations.  There is no additional charge for delivery on St. Thomas, VI only.  All efforts will be made to agree to make a delivery; however, JDNatlady's Creations reserves the right to decline to deliver in-person and instead to mail your item(s). 


In stock items are dropped at the post office for mailing within three to five business days of your order being received. If there is any delay, we will contact you. Please note that currently almost all soaps are pre-orders, so see below regarding processing times for pre-orders.  Soaps take four weeks to cure so processing times for pre-order soaps are four to five weeks after the date you place your order.  Processing times are the time to make the product and does mean the date by which you will receive your order.


If you have a special order or you order an item that is a pre-order, or you order an item that is out-of-stock and so your item is back ordered, the processing time will vary.  The processing time for most pre-order soaps is four to five weeks due to the curing time for soaps being four weeks.  Pre-orders list in the listing the date by which the item will be ready for mailing.  Please note that if you order multiple items and any of them are a pre-order, your entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order item(s) with the latest date is ready.

For special orders, please note that, if all raw materials are in stock, soaps take a minimum of four weeks to cure so allow four and one-half weeks of production time before your soaps would be ready to be mailed. 

For hair products or bath or body products that are a special order, please allow for a two week production time prior to the date that your order will be dropped off at the post office for mailing.


We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.


Currently no products are being offered for sale to international destinations. When products are offered, shipments to international destinations are by USPS and shipping is calculated at checkout.  From past experience, shipping to international destinations may take from two weeks to a month or possibly more. 

Shipments to international destinations may incur customs, duties, VAT, or any other taxes and those would not be the responsibility of JDNatlady's Creations to pay them or to reimburse the customer for those charges. Customs duties, VAT, or any other applicable taxes are not included in the customer's order total and are responsibility of the customer. Customers should check with the appropriate authorities in their countries to determine what those customs duties, VAT, or any other applicable taxes are so they may be prepared to pay them to the appropriate authorities so that their shipments will reach them.



Due to the nature of our handmade products being for personal use, all sales are FINAL unless we made an error with your order. So unless we made an error with your order, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges of soaps, hair products, or bath and body products. We want you to be happy and want you to contact us if you discover any problem with your order, and we will try our best to assist with resolving your issue.


If we made an error with your order, please send us an email at along with photos and a description of the issue so that we may work on resolving the error by either refunding your purchase price or providing you with the correct product.
